Job summary

You will help organize backroom processes, train teammates, and uphold safety and loss-prevention measures. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in retail with some leadership exposure, strong communication

Qualifications

1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
Able to work nights and weekends.
Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep the store clean and organized.
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty.
