Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking individuals to support receiving and merchandising operations while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn and apply standards for processing, tagging, and replenishment, working with a team to maintain organized backrooms and a clean sales floor. This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication in a high-volume store setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure associates process efficiently
• Provide excellent customer experience
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicate with Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods
• Support store operations and adherence to safety and policies
