Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will help maintain store organization, train Associates, and support efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.

Responsibilities include supervising merchandising, tagging, and backroom upkeep, while upholding safety and labor policies. Flexible scheduling, including nights/weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains standards for backroom organization and recovery.
