Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store-based associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will engage customers, support a clean, organized store, and model strong service along with teamwork.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise efficiently, training new staff, and maintaining signage, backroom organization, and safety compliance. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working nights and weekends.
• Team player with ability to train others and adapt to direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and replenish merchandise onto the floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Maintain tags, hangers, security, and code accuracy; uphold safety and cleanliness.
