Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand in executing Floorsets and maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will lead replenishment, merchandising updates, and guest-ready store presentation while coaching the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with leadership to drive floorset success, stock organization, and timely sell-through adjustments, ensuring the store stays fresh and aligned with brand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to execute Floorsets and merchandising updates.
• Strong eye for visual standards and guest experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• You drive Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• You ensure daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment are accurate.
• You maintain AEO Brand Standards store-wide and train the team accordingly.
• You collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising opportunities.
• You champion a guest-focused culture and recognize team wins.
