Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers a standout guest experience.

You will drive Floorset execution, implement marketing and merchandising updates, and keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment, training the team, and collaborating with leadership to #getthejobdone.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution and coach the Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintain Brand Standards and safety on salesfloor and stockroom.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
