American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Concord, NC.

You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to in developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training and coaching your team to deliver AEO brand visual standards and a best-in-class guest experience. Youll drive floorset execution, replenishment, and guest-ready standards, while modeling AEO values and leading the team to meet KPIs and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and store policies.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure outstanding service.
• Provide real‑time feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain daily operational procedures and post-floor replenishment.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
