Responsibilities

• Drive outstanding guest experience in partnership with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Lead Floorset execution and train floorset team to meet productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Uphold store safety, shrink-reduction strategies and adherence to policies.
