Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store floor and displays.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to ensure team understands brand standards.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies are followed.
