Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring floorsets and brand standards in every update, and keeping the store guest-ready through replenishment.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and collaborate to maintain a tip-top store with ongoing merchandising opportunities. You’ll foster teamwork, celebrate wins, and uphold safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution through coaching and clear productivity goals.
• Maintain Floorset standards across fixtures and displays.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and policy adherence.
