Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to safeguard brand standards and drive Floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure replenishment and merchandising updates keep the store guest-ready.

You will champion the guest experience, coach a collaborative team, and uphold safety and policy adherence in both the sales floor and stockroom.
