Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Rochester, MN is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader. You will drive Floorset execution, assist with merchandising updates, and keep the store guest-ready through replenishment.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, focus on productivity, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. The role emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and a passion for retail visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; strong attention to detail and guest experience.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to train and coach team members on standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates to meet Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure all areas are aligned to Floorset standards.
• Maintain guest readiness through replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Promote safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
