You will coach the Floorset team, drive merchandising updates, and maintain stockroom safety while championing a culture of recognition and a top‑notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for merchandising and a keen eye for visual standards.
• You will train and coach the Floorset team and set clear productivity goals.
• You ensure replenishment and day-to-day merchandising are executed to AE Brand Standards.
• You champion a guest‑centric store environment and recognize team contributions.
• You maintain store safety and shrink‑reduction practices on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader by upholding AE Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through coaching and training the Floorset team.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, replenish stock, and spot merchandising opportunities.
• Help the team maintain AE Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink‑reduction practices.
