American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering on-brand Floorset execution and guest-ready stores. You will drive merchandising updates, replenishment, and visual standards to elevate the guest experience.

You'll coach and train the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to stay #fresh and store-safe while promoting a culture of recognition.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising and visual skills essential.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and guest experience in partnership with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Train and coach Floorset team to achieve productivity goals and flawless displays.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
