Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team to standards.
• Drive merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the guest experience optimal.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure adherence to brand standards and store-wide processes.
• Cultivate a teamwork culture and celebrate wins with the team.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects AE Brand Visual Standards.
