Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and coaching of the Floorset team.
• Ensure store is aligned with AE Brand Standards on a daily basis.
• Maintain replenishment and merchandising updates to keep guest-ready visuals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to drive guest experience.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reduction efforts.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and recognize wins.
