Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes Floorsets with precision.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising and replenishment, and partner with leadership to optimize opportunities while keeping the guest experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience in partnership with leadership.
• Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productive goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
