Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering top-tier guest experiences and flawless Floorset execution. You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and ensure all areas reflect AEO Brand Standards.

You will lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify opportunities and act on them with leadership.
• Help the team understand how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment so the store stays fresh.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate wins with the team while fostering a culture of recognition.
• Maintain store safety on Salesfloor and in Stockroom; adhere to shrink-reducing strategies and company policies.
