Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Roseville, MN to support the Merchandising Team Leader. You will execute Floorsets, update merchandising displays, and ensure the store remains guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You will lead with attention to detail, drive Floorset standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver the AEO Brand experience. Flexible availability and strong retail merchandising skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution through training, coaching, and clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
