Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding on self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, train on processes, and provide guidance for service approaches.
Receive and stock supplies, organize floor, and ensure shelves are properly signed, priced, and displays are maintained.
Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Ensure product quality, rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, and proper merchandising across departments.
Lead and participate in teams; communicate goals, coordinate work, and support changes and improvements.
