Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-serve technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and ensuring issues are resolved per guidelines and Open Door Policy.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handles claims/returns, stocks, signs and prices merchandise, and protects high-shrink items.
• Oversees order picking/staging for club pick up, and collaborates with managers and staff to meet business needs and improve processes.
