Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchases.
• Assist management with supervision and training of associates, assigning duties, and providing direction on member service approaches.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, stock and organize merchandise, and ensure safety and compliance.
