• Must have a strong eye for merchandising and visual standards.
• Experience driving Floorset execution and store resets.
• Proven ability to coach teams and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes Floorsets.
• Train and coach Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, manage display executions.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock, and identify opportunities for sell-through.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain guest-ready store and positive guest experiences.
• Uphold store safety standards and company policies.
