Job summary

American Eagle seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in Crossroads Center, Saint Cloud, to ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and Floorset execution, while keeping replenishment aligned with guest readiness.

You will train the Floorset team, focus on guest experience, safety, and store integrity, and support flexible scheduling to move product early in the morning, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Floorset execution with team training and clear productivity goals.
• Ownership of day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader and ensure store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments with proactive planning.
