Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards.

You’ll execute Floorsets, lead merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and attention to detail. You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, maintain safety and shrink-reduction practices, and foster a team culture that celebrates wins while delivering outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Must have passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Ability to train floorset team, set productivity goals and ensure execution to standards.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail, with flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive floorset execution through training, coaching and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintain AE Brand Standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction strategies and AE policies.
