Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards and Floorset execution.

You will coach the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and ensure the store remains guest ready with timely merchandising updates. You will collaborate with leadership to plan, train, and execute visual standards and stock movement, while promoting a culture of recognition and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach Floorset teams and set productivity goals.
• Ability to manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team to standards.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver guest-ready store visuals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Champion guest experience and recognize team successes.
