Job summary

You will ensure the store is guest-ready through replenishment and team collaboration, while maintaining a strong focus on visual standards and guest experience. You will lead Floorset training, set productivity goals, and partner with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to achieve Floorset standards.
• Support maintaining AE Brand Standards through merchandising, replenishment, and day-to-day merchandising.
• Champion guest experience and store safety while reducing shrink and adhering to policies.
