Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering top-tier Floorset executions and brand standard adherence. You will ensure the store reflects AE Brand Visual Standards and drive replenishment, merchandising updates, and guest-ready presentation.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, maintain high standards, and collaborate on sell-through and floor plan opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Floorset execution and train the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
