Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets, and maintaining guest readiness through replenishment.

You will coach the Floorset team, drive Floorset standards, and partner with leadership to optimize merchandising opportunities while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience driving merchandising and floorset execution in a retail environment.
• Ability to train and coach teams to meet visual standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and brand presentation.
