Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards across the store. You will drive Floorset execution, coaching the Floorset team, and oversee replenishment to keep product moving and guest-ready displays.

You'll champion a guest-first experience, maintain shop safety, and collaborate with leadership to maximize sell-through while adhering to company policies and shrink-reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Experience driving Floorset execution and replenishment.
• Ability to train and coach teams and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Help drive outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader by maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure floor areas meet standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify opportunities and act with leadership.
• Promote teamwork, ensure the team prioritizes guest experience and celebrate wins.
• Ensure store safety standards on Salesfloor and Stockroom; follow shrink-reduction strategies and policies.
