Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in New York, NY. This part-time role supports the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates are executed to brand standards and guest-ready replenishment is maintained.

You will collaborate with the team to drive visual standards, train staff, and monitor store presentation. The position emphasizes teamwork, guest experience, safety, and adherence to company policies while representing the AEO

Experience executing merchandising updates and floorsets.
Ability to train and coach teams to achieve Floorset standards.
Commitment to visual standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

You have a passion for merchandising and support delivering an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
Floorsets are your specialty, driving Floorset execution through training, coaching, and clear productivity goals.
You stay innovative in day-to-day merchandising, manage sell-through adjustments and replenishment, and act on merchandising opportunities.
You support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment so the store looks fresh.
You foster a guest-first culture, celebrate wins with the team, and maintain safety and shrink-reduction strategies in line with AEO policies.
You help ensure stockroom and salesfloor safety and adhere to company procedures.
