American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards and driving effective Floorsets. You will play a key role in executing updates, replenishment, and ensuring the store is guest-ready with strong attention to detail.

You will help coach the Floorset team, focus on product presentation, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high standards are maintained while delivering a positive guest experience.
