Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure store floorsets and updates align with Brand Standards. You’ll train the Floorset team and drive replenishment to keep visuals fresh and aligned with company standards.

You’ll partner with leadership to maximize guest experience, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and safeguard store safety while reducing shrink. Join a collaborative team focused on real results and celebrating wins.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store aligns with Brand Standards.

• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain store standards and safety; implement shrink-reducing strategies.
