Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing Floorsets. You will train the Floorset team, manage merchandising updates, and ensure replenishment keeps the store guest-ready.

You bring a passion for retail, strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to drive the guest experience. Flexible availability and retail experience are essential for success at our locations.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure the store maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
