Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers exceptional guest experiences through effective floorsets, updates, and replenishment.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, monitor productivity, maintain floor standards from uppers to tables, and collaborate with leadership to drive opportunities and keep stockrooms organized.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and coach teams to achieve floorset standards.
• Strong eye for visual standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset plans and train the Floorset team to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across floors, tables, and displays.
• Drive replenishment and sell-through with leadership collaboration.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience remains top priority.
• Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork on the sales floor.
