Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You’ll drive Floorset execution, lead replenishment, and keep the guest experience top of mind.

Collaborate with the Merchandising Team Leader to train the Floorset team, set productive goals, and maintain inventory and displays that are fresh and guest-ready. This role thrives on teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store operations.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve floorset standards.
• Strong eye for brand visuals and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards and keep the store guest-ready through replenishment.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Support store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and adherence to policies.
• Foster teamwork and recognize team wins to maintain a positive culture.
