Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring stores consistently reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will lead Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience stellar.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and work with leadership to capitalize merchandising opportunities while maintaining safety and shrink control.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE/Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with good priority setting and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Solid retail merchandising and visual skills with history of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure the store maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment for a fresh look.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate team wins while fostering a culture of recognition.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reducing strategies in line with company policies.
