Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution and maintain brand standards across the store. You will train the Floorset team and ensure merchandising reflects the AEO visual standards to keep the guest experience exceptional.

You will collaborate with the Merchandising Team Leader, manage replenishment, and focus on safety and shrink‑reduction while celebrating team wins and driving results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Ability to train and coach the Floorset team.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Flexible availability – mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to guest experience and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and train the Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising and replenish stock.
• Ensure store aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
