Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring Floorset excellence and consistent visual standards across the store. You’ll lead training for the Floorset team, manage merchandising and replenishment, and keep the store aligned with AEO Brand Standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience by ensuring store aligns with AEO Brand Standards
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards and a welcoming store environment
• Contribute to safety and shrink-reduction efforts on the sales floor and stockroom
