Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution and maintain Brand Visual Standards across the store. You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, drive productive merchandising updates, and ensure replenishment keeps the floor guest-ready.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, promote a culture of recognition, and uphold safety and shrink-reduction practices while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Previous floorset execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising efforts to uphold AEO Brand Standards with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive floorset execution by coaching teams and setting productivity goals.
• Maintain replenishment and day-to-day merchandising to keep the store guest-ready.
• Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork within the merchandising group.
• Support safety, shrink-reduction, and policy adherence on the sales floor and stockroom.
