Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers an outstanding guest experience through effective floorsets and replenishment.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, maintain floor layouts and stockroom safety, pursue merchandising opportunities with leadership, and help keep the store looking #fresh and guest-ready every day.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• History of retail work with practice in Floorset execution.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Promote teamwork to maintain brand standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store and stockroom safety and shrink-reduction efforts.
