Job summary

Aerie is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, lead replenishment, and keep the guest experience front and center.

You’ll train the Floorset team, drive productivity, and maintain visual standards across displays and tables. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for merchandising and outstanding guest experience.
• You drive Floorset execution with training and coaching.
• You own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• You maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Floorsets are your thing: train and coach Floorset team, set productivity goals, execute Floorset standards.
• You are a merchandising innovator: manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and opportunities planning.
• You have a teamwork mentality: help team maintain Brand Standards and celebrate wins.
• You’re a people person: prioritize guest experience and foster recognition culture.
• You ensure store safety and shrink-reduction practices on Salesfloor and Stockroom.
