Aerie and AE's AEO store in Pittsburgh seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to keep visuals fresh, execute Floorsets, and manage replenishment, ensuring the guest is always greeted and inspired by our brand. You’ll lead a Floorset team, train associates, and uphold AEO Brand Standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience driving Floorset execution and visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train and coach store teams to achieve productivity goals.
• Strong eye for merchandising opportunities and replenishment planning.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for merchandising and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; partner with leadership to act on opportunities.
• Maintain a teamwork mentality to ensure the store stays fresh and aligned with brand standards.
• Prioritize guest experience, celebrate team wins, and foster a culture of recognition.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies, adhering to policies and procedures.
