Job summary

AEO’s Aerie store in Brea Mall is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution, visual standards and store replenishment. You’ll partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain guest-ready presentation and drive selling opportunities through sharp merchandising and coaching of the Floorset team.

You bring passion for retail, strong organization, and flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, helping the team deliver on brand standards and a great guest

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Excellent time management and priority setting.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a retail team environment and coaching

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and visual standards across the store.
• Train and coach the Floorset team to meet productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to keep stock fresh.
• Partner with Merchandising Team Leader to communicate brand standards.
