Job summary

Aerie is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the guest experience top-notch.

You love merchandising, team coaching, and working with leadership to keep the store look fresh and guest-ready, while upholding safety and shrink-reduction policies across salesfloor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Youll support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your specialty: you train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all areas of the store meet Floorset standards from displays to tables.
