Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards. You will coach the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and keep floorsets fresh and visually aligned with AE/Aerie branding.

Responsibilities include driving floorset execution, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a collaborative, guest-focused environment across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Ability to lead and coach a team while driving brand standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Ensure store is representative of AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and in stock.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh.
• Champion a guest-centric culture and celebrate wins with the team.
• Support safety, shrink-reduction, and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.
