Qualifications

• Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team and coaching Floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and product presentation.

• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the Salesfloor and Stockroom.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to prioritize guest experience.
