Job summary

AEO's Aerie stores are seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in keeping brand visuals sharp and guest-ready. You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and ensure displays reflect standards and energy.

You’ll own day-to-day merchandising, manage replenishment and sell-through, and collaborate to keep the store fresh. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Support delivering an outstanding guest experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments; spot opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a teamwork culture and ensure the team maintains Brand Standards and a fresh store appearance.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate team successes while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
