Job summary

AEO's Aerie in-store leadership role seeks a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure stores reflect Brand Visual Standards, drive Floorset execution, and manage merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the guest experience strong.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, focus on productivity, and align with AE brand values while keeping the store guest-ready and visually compelling.

Qualifications

• Experience driving guest-focused merchandising and brand standards.
• Proven ability to train and coach Floorset teams.
• Strong attention to detail with merchandising updates and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain a fresh store look through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and focus on guest experience.
