Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked store that meets customer needs.

You will forecast customer flow, adjust schedules for coverage, plan for sales spikes, and drive store in-stock levels while achieving sales and margin goals. You will conduct safety walks, coach associates on safe practices, and collaborate with district and area teams for

Formación

2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades
